Equipment & Attire:  Shinpan-ki (red+white referee flags) is required.  Recommended attire is FIK Shinpan clothing--dark navy jacket, white shirt, dark red tie, grey slacks, dark navy socks.  If you do not have these items yet, you may wear keikogi and hakama.  **NOTE: We will have open practice/godogeiko at the end of the seminar so please bring your bogu
